TACBECON TSF 8401 was the ideal recommendation for customised bearings.
One of largest and oldest bread manufacturers in Singapore conducted a lubricant trial with Tecsia Lubricants. The targeted application was a set of bearings situated in the oven. Those bearings are specially customised for the oven application and are crucial to lifting bread moulds.
Under constant high temperature, its current lubricant did not contain the sufficient protecting qualities. Hence, the oven experienced monthly breakdowns and found a lubricant failure at the customised bearings. It has always been a challenge to find the right lubricant for that application.
Tecsia Lubricants’ Certified Lubrication Specialists (CLS) took action to recommend TACBECON TSF 8401. During the trial period, the bread manufacturer did not face any more unscheduled downtime.
